.... just wondering if anyone else is looking forward to watching the final on Saturday.
Not looking for anyones political veiws on it, we all know what its about, just asking for fun

Totally. We love it and have friends round every year, we have score sheets and bingo cards and jelly shots in the colours of the hosting country’s flag.

I'll be watching the second semi final tonight and have a sleepover planned with my sister to watch the final 😄 fricking love Eurovision!

All my friends know that Eurovision is one of my favourite nights of the year. Union Jack flags, score pads. I used to have some awesome Eurovision parties when I was single. Dh hates it and I think this may be the last year Ds pretends to like it.

Bloody love it. One of my favourite nights of the year. I shall be enjoying with a takeaway and wine.

Love Eurovision. Normally have a group chat going with friends during the show but this year they're all busy (Take That concert amongst other things) so I'm on my own 😣. I will have wine and snacks anyway and annoy DH by commenting loudly on all the entries.

You clearly don't listen to radio 2 much. Every time I turn to radio 2 they are speaking about it!

DD appears to have been enjoying the semifinals. She even said "night night singing" when it was her bedtime (well she is 3)

We could chat on here on the night. But keeping it clean. So with no politics, racism, sexual or rude remarks. Not saying you cant call them crap but lets keep it friendly

I love it. It is so cheesey. Of course my blood pressure goes up at the voting but that is half the fun.

The big question is, will we get any points (apart from Ireland, Malta and possibly Poland)?

Australia sometimes give us a few points i think.

My (adult) DD has been a fan since she was little! So we have done both semi's already this week, with wine and snacks of course! And a friend of hers is coming over tomorrow for the final. The UK do badly because we send second rate acts with second rate songs! A lot of other countries send big stars (in their home country) and put a lot of effort in. It's not rocket science. Most countries don't treat it as a joke and the votes reflect that.

Look out for Iceland. It's....interesting

Yes yes yes. It’s a whole evening here. Pizza. Wine. Snacks. People sit and watch it all together. We vote and do points. Sadly it’s my favourite evening of the year. Even my teenager enjoys it. I have been counting Down the days
