Mine..
Four fish fingers and two hash browns baked close together on a large piece of foil. I don't like them crispy for this sandwich so ten minutes before the end I fold the foil in to a parcel and add a slosh of boiled water from the kettle. Close it up and steam to deliciousness.
Two slices of Warburtons Super Toastie well buttered.
Spread the hash browns onto the slice and season. Cover with thin slices of mature cheddar and then the fish fingers. Drizzle in your own favourite sweet chilli sauce.
If you try it I hope you enjoy it, I just did. 
Sometimes I wonder if I could eat two rounds..
