Male singer, slow grunge-y emo type balland, yearning vocals, slow build, melodic, quite up and down in the tones. Similar to Radiohead's Talk Show Host but less rock-y.
"I want to be ... la la la la la la" or similar vocals in the hook.
It may have been used in a recent TV programme or trailer, it's kind of spooky. Please can you help?!

LittleMissCwtch ah, good suggestion! It IS very catchy (in my mind), enough not to be too obscure. That's my thinking anyway.
My fear is that it's a minor SIA track or something, ie I got the gender wrong, (I really don't follow music) and you will all laugh at me and mock.
