Hoping someone out there will make me feel better about myself.
I am PMSing hard at the moment and craving obscene amounts of sugar, fat and carbs.
So far today I've eaten a pot of Lucky Charms, a share size pack of ready salted Lays and 3 KitKats. Washed down with Zero Sugar (HA) Coke.
For dinner I'm waiting on a huge Taco Bell delivery
which is slightly healthy - plenty of salad
So, anyone else been on a self-destruct mission, eating as much crap as one can humanely demolish in one day?
(I am in the UK btw. Loves the American snacks though.)
