Hoping someone out there will make me feel better about myself.

I am PMSing hard at the moment and craving obscene amounts of sugar, fat and carbs.

So far today I've eaten a pot of Lucky Charms, a share size pack of ready salted Lays and 3 KitKats. Washed down with Zero Sugar (HA) Coke.

For dinner I'm waiting on a huge Taco Bell delivery Grin which is slightly healthy - plenty of salad

So, anyone else been on a self-destruct mission, eating as much crap as one can humanely demolish in one day?

(I am in the UK btw. Loves the American snacks though.)

Oh me 🙋🏼‍♀️ i had crisps & dip for breakfast @ 9am then ordered Dominos upon opening at 11am.
I had a large to myself & have just nicked a slice of DH's leftovers.

I have hobnobs for pudding

I didn't know they did taco bell in the UK.

Today shamefully eaten a white twix and a slice of bread with some smoked salmon appetisers I got reduced to 50p in Tesco last night.

Dinner will be home made Nandos, which is chicken breast with spicy rice and veg through it, possibly some salad to go with it.

Toast with marmite for breakfast.
We’ve just finished a lamb roast. If I’m hungry later it’ll be cheese and crackers for supper before bed.

Roast chicken, corn on the cob, roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese for tonight. Only because I have guests over otherwise I would be having some KFC lol. You don't wanna know what I've eaten so far today. 33 weeks pregnant and I can't stop eating 😩

Harvester for breakfast, had pancakes & bacon. Awful Shock onlynate pancakes & had an orange juice

Lunch was Choizo soup, not homemade but some posh brand that tasted pretty good

For dinner having lamb on bbq with Moroccan spice marinade, a chickpea salad, homemade hummus & a becks blue Grin

So far I’ve only had toast because I’m currently on night shifts. Will have a tuna salad later and bring some carrot sticks, fruit and popcorn to snack on in work overnight.
Disclaimer I have recently lost a lot of weight but had a „bad“ week due to visiting family abroad, so I’m trying to be good at the moment Grin
The rest of the family got up late and had a fry up and will proceed to have chips and egg for tea. The bastards!

Ohhhh all of this sounds so yummy!!!

I've had 2 mini pork pies, a jam and butter filled croissant, washed down with a huge mug of tea in a Starbucks bucket I borrowed helped myself to a few years ago and a bottle of Dr Pepper. I'm eyeing up the cheese strings in the fridge and the left over Easter eggs...

We're having pan fried halloumi for dinner, I'm sure I'll eat much much more between then and now 😂

Breakfast was weetabix with strawberries

Lunch was a chicken salad sandwich and cheesy doritos, and an obscene amount of mini rolls.

Dinner should be spinach and ricotta pasta with lots of green veg, but I'm contemplating a nandos or byron burger delivery because I am craving meat and chips

6.30 bacon sandwich and 2 cups of tea

Travelled to Middlesbrough, for ds1 football game at 9am Hmm K/O

12.pm - cup of tea and a twix, to be back in my home town for ds2 futsal game.

Ds1 then had futsal afterwards

Last night I cooked the pork, roasties and prepped the veg, so we’ve only just had our Sunday dinner

(Pork, broccoli, cabbage, peas, cauliflower cheese, carrot and swede mash, Brussels sprouts, and Yorkshire puddings, boys and dh had pigs and blankets also

Now sitting relaxing with a glass of wine.

However dh and Ds1 again have football tonight (dh friends and kids have a parent Vs kids night every other Sunday)

I've had half a carton of fresh tomato soup and a mini naan bread. Dinner tonight will be 2 haddock and sauce fish cakes with green salad. Might crack and have a glass of white wine. Am desperately trying to lose 1lb per week and this is how I have to eat in order to achieve it.

I'm pms'ing too. I had two crumpets with butter and peanut butter, salmon rice and left over veg from last night. A chocolate coated waffle thing. I do at least feel full now thankfully. But I will be wearing my comfiest clothes this week!

For dinner we are having bacon, black pudding, lorne, tomatoes, fried eggs, potato waffles and fruit pudding, oh and toast.

Low carbing so breakfast was sausages and eggs.Dinner will be spiced creamy spinach and cauliflower rice. Will undo it by drinking wine

Breakfast with pain au chocolate with 2 black coffees and a glass of orange juice.

Lunch was cheese and onion cobs, packet of crisps and a Diet Pepsi. Now drinking a couple of mugs of tea.

Dinner will be roasted chicken legs, cheesy mash, green beans, asparagus & cabbage with lots of gravy. Followed by GU chocolate pots and coffee ice cream. Plus a glass or two of red wine

We're having Mauritian beef curry, rotis, tomato chutney and rice.
Had fruit with yoghurt and toast for breakfast. I'm starving now!

We are supposed to be having a Sunday dinner tonight but next door have just had dominoes pizza delivered. I'm debating how to brooch the subject with dp as we've go to pay the sky bill tomorrow.
