Hoping someone out there will make me feel better about myself.

I am PMSing hard at the moment and craving obscene amounts of sugar, fat and carbs.

So far today I've eaten a pot of Lucky Charms, a share size pack of ready salted Lays and 3 KitKats. Washed down with Zero Sugar (HA) Coke.

For dinner I'm waiting on a huge Taco Bell delivery Grin which is slightly healthy - plenty of salad

So, anyone else been on a self-destruct mission, eating as much crap as one can humanely demolish in one day?

(I am in the UK btw. Loves the American snacks though.)

I had a sausage McMuffin meal for breakie, an ice cream and a bag of crisps for lunch and gonna have a sausage sarnie for tea! My diet isn't normally this pants but there's nothing in and I don't care 😂

Breakfast- Toast and butter and tea
Lunch - Ham and cheese sandwich, crisps and two chocolate coated Oreos and more tea
DH is making chicken kebabs and rice for tea later and I will probably have a beer with it

I had a sausage and bacon sandwich for breakfast, a packet of hula hoops and a coconut macaroon for lunch. No idea what's for dinner yet though

I had a Big Mac meal at 10.45 this morning and now eating crunchy nut conflakes in bed and craving a shepherds pie!

Haven't eaten anything yet but having a loin of pork roast dinner in a few minutes.

I've got 2 slices of deep pan Pizza Hut veggie supreme in the fridge, which I might heat up about 10pm if I'm peckish.

Porridge for breakfast with an apple.
Lunch jacket potato, beens, cheese and salad. Had grapes and apple with it after.
Snack just now had 2 mcvities gold bars and for supper am making lasagne.
Probably have Yoghurt or honey toast for dessert.

Scrambled egg with mushrroms, avo and chilli for breakfast, followed by a mid morning croissant. Lunch was a kale wrap with harissa squash and mozzarella (leftovers from during the week), and a thin bagel with marmite peanut butter on one half, and dairylea and red onion marmalade on the other. Oh and a bar of dark hazelnut galaxy snuck into my mouth.....

Dinner will be chorizo and scallops with colcanon, followed by passion fruit meringues with mandarin and lime yoghurt.

Beans in toast for breakfast. Homemade leek and potato soup for lunch. Roast chicken for tea. I have also had a small banana and two digestive biscuits.

Missed breakfast so had a sausage and egg roll at 11:30. Packet of crisps at12:30. Ice cream from the van at 2:30. Dinner will be roast chicken, pasta with a stir in sauce and some feta - about 6ish.

Homemade minestrone for lunch
Dinner is going to be smoked haddock with black pudding and mushy peas and then peanut butter brownies.

Packet of crisps
Satsuma
Dinner will be spaghetti Bol made with quorn mince and extra veg

Lots of earl grey tea with milk
Mushrooms, bacon and eggs
A handful of crisps
Dinner is courgette fritters, lamb kebabs, tatziki and flatbread.

I've had a Madonalds chicken salad (Sooo proud of myself for not getting a Big Mac!), a crumpet and a slice of halloumi. Dinner will be lots of gin and then.... Hopefully not a kebab!

Home made pizza. I'm using garlic butter instead of tomato sauce but otherwise a freshly made base, mixed cheese, mushroom, salami and garlic sausage. Calories and antisocial aromas aplenty !

Breakfast - 2 pieces toast and honey and an apple
Snack - small bag of pretzels
Lunch - 2 potato waffles, 2 poached eggs and 2 veggie sausages. Fun-sized dairy milk bar
Dinner - spag bol and salad
Will probably drink 2 beers this evening

Porridge made with no added sugar Soy milk, plus banana and coffee for breakfast. Pret hoisin duck wrap for lunch. The rest of the beef and butternut chilli I made on Friday for dinner.

My pms days appear to be over and most things that people consider "comfort" food have quite the opposite effect on me, these days.

Ok, I'm normally a huge picker and snack fiend, but I've started James Duncan diet today as none of my summer clothes fit 😢

I've eaten......
Grilled tomato and 1x slice of toast - breakfast
Mango, pineapple, banana and strawberries- lunch

And tonight will be......
Boiled egg salad

Yes I'm miserable ☹️

So far today I have had:

A ham bagel
A pastrami and turkey sandwich
2 packets of crisps
A Maoam stripe
A Mr Kipling chocolate slice

And for tea I’ll be having roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, veg, potatoes and gravy. Not the healthiest of days today but I don’t care, it’s Sunday so it’s allowed!

I’ve got a healthy dinner of salmon and veg later but so far today I’ve had porridge, banana, 6 Jaffa cakes, massive slice of carrot cake, white choc magnum, bowl of soup with big crusty white baguette and butter. There’s a toblerone calling my name in the kitchen too.
