Gorgeous sunny day here
Currently drinking coffee in Starbucks and trying to get my arse in gear to do a food shop as we are barbecuing tonight

On my way to Sheffield on the train to meet DP who has been bouldering in the Peaks. Going to meet a friend's new baby. It's way warmer than I thought it would be... slightly regretting wearing my winter coat!

Up in London for a last minute childfree outing with my aunt. Just finished breakfast, just about to go for a walk in the glorious sunshine. It's bliss.

Drinking coffee at my kitchen table. I have the window wide open & can hear a bird chirping away.

Dd2 has just got up (heard her climb down the ladder) so the peace won't last too long.

I really need to move and put my bedroom back together. I've run out of paint for decorating so will carry on next weekend.

I'm jealous Bezalelle, I love Sheffield, the peace and winter gardens will be gorgeous today. We haven't decided what to do yet. My sister came back from her holiday early this morning so we'll probably meet up. I need to decide if I can be arsed to cook for everyone!

Need to get up and go to work! DD is going to football training, DS2 having a chill and allegedly going to do some revision.
DH going to the match and DS1 going to watch the match in town 😆⚽️ Could be a quiet night or we could be bouncing!!

I's sunny today - at least for now.
DH is repotting his pepper and habanero plants outside.
I didn't get round to making brownies yersterday so I did them now (400 g of dark chocolate, 6 eggs, 360 g sugar and 250 g butter).
I'll avoid them like the plague.
DS is relaxing with a book, DD prepares for the next test.
DCat is still busy with the marten.

DH has taken DDs to MIL's for lunch, then to collect a trampoline.

Just made a lemon drizzle, my friend is having a surprise get together in a couple of hours.
Will be lovely in the sun.
The kitchen smells lovely and cakey, the 2 teens just wandered into the kitchen at the same time excited at the prospect of cake for breakfast - disappointment followed Grin
Dp is making stuff for the spare room, the smallest is playing on the trampoline.

Sat here in silence dp has taken youngest ds out to the park dd is at work and other 2 ds not awake yet.
Ive done some writing and now on here whilst eating dry cherios straight from the box.

Teenager asleep. I've fixed my bike so if she surfaces then we will go for a ride. I've also done 2 lots of laundry and hoovered downstairs. A ton of paperwork to do tonight.

Still in bed with a coffee and the cat-oh what luxury!
DH and DS-set off early to an away match and DD is chilling watching GOT before revising.
I have no immediate plans for getting out of bed, it’s too comfy😁

I second the request for lemon drizzle - I have never made one and only ever heard about it on MN. Though I do still have a million of traybake recipies to try.

Oh, and if you add amaretto to the brownie mix, that is lovely, too. Or dark rum. Or vanilla
