here

Furniture available by negotiation. Grin

I'm unsure what the historical Texans burial plot in the front yard is though.

My eyes!

Blimey,that kitchen 😮.

TheCanyon · 26/04/2019 07:55

One of a kind, artistic home with lots of great features

No shit! Looks so normal too, yikes

NicoAndTheNiners · 26/04/2019 07:56

The kitchen is breathtaking isn't it?

And a burial plot in the front yard, I'll start packing my cases now

AvocadosBeforeMortgages · 26/04/2019 08:10

At least the burial plot in the front yard means you can keep funeral costs to a minimum

NicoAndTheNiners · 26/04/2019 08:14

I'm not sure if a historical Texan burial plot means it's an old plot but you can add to it or if it means you have to be a historical Texan to be allowed to be buried in it? Hmm

Oh my good god.
Sensory overload. I would end up losing my mind.

Disfordarkchocolate · 26/04/2019 08:17

House full of love to me, and far keener in dusting than I am too. Second thread about this house too.

flissfloss65 · 26/04/2019 08:20

As above, not my taste but they have spent so much time and love creating a home.

LimeKiwi · 26/04/2019 09:20

Just shows everyone's taste is different, each to their own.
I think that kitchen is very..... busy.

UCOinanOCG · 26/04/2019 09:24

I love the commitment to pink - apart from in what i assume is a lads bedroom and a man cave. Methinks Mrs Texas likes to get her own way in the style decisions!

nandaandm · 26/04/2019 11:08

My Mum would love that! She's partial to a bit of pink! 💖

Bravelurker · 26/04/2019 11:25

My word.
I do love dusky pink though.

susiella · 26/04/2019 16:15

I love it! Once they've taken all their rammell with them it'll be fab.

MyFamilyAndOtherAnimals1 · 26/04/2019 16:20

Did you not post about this house yesterday, OP? Are you selling it?!!

LoudBatPerson · 26/04/2019 16:25

That is, something. Too busy for my liking.

However $400k for that much house!!! What's that just over £300k?

You would be looking at a small 2 bed terrace in my area, and would have to get one with a lot of work needed!

LoudBatPerson · 26/04/2019 16:29

In fact I just checked seems only 2 bed flats now for that sort of budget.

Shows the difference in land size/cost in the USA compared to here for sure.

tardyheart · 26/04/2019 16:31

The kitchen fronts are amazingly detailed, it must have taken a lot of work.

This would be right up my MiL's street & their house would look like this if FiL didn't rein it in a bit. Each to their own & all that.

BusySittingDown · 26/04/2019 16:38

It reminds me of a flower fairy house!

VanillaSugarr · 26/04/2019 17:26

Arrrgh! That kitchen Shock DD’s BF comes from Dallas. I’ll have to ask him about it (USA student).

VanillaSugarr · 27/04/2019 12:55

He says it’s very overpriced and very weird. Thankfully this house is not representative of the Texan interior decor.

Coffeebean76 · 27/04/2019 13:41

If you set something down you'd never find it again...

dudsville · 27/04/2019 13:44

The effort that went into painting those cupboard doors!

Backwoodsgirl · 27/04/2019 13:47

The burial plots are common, we have one in our woods, it was the family of settlers who first owned it. I would like to be buried there.

TodoDoingDone · 27/04/2019 13:48

Why did they leave the dishwasher white? Photo 13. I'd take it otherwise.
