What have you eaten- Easter Monday

I like these threads gives me ideas and generally makes me feel fairly normal.
Breakfast - piece of French bread and butter about 3inch as it was on the verge of going stale

Lunch- prawn sandwich, pkt hoola hoops

Snack- apple

Dinner- will be filled pasta and salad probably followed by a chunky kit kat

Breakfast- muesli

Lunch - leftover barbecue chicken and marinated pork loin, Moroccan couscous, salad, bread. Lemon cake with raspberries and cream.

Dinner - ham and cheese toasted wrap and salad. Chocolate refrigerator cake.

Tea, coffee, a pint of cider at the pub and small bottle of kronenberg.

B- 2 cups of coffee (with cream 😁) protein bar
L- stir-fry veggies with scrambled egg, soba noodles, few pieces of dark chocolate
S- some cheddar
D- 2 lamb chops, potato wedges, salad. Chocolate chia pudding with raspberries and few spoons of greek yoghurt & honey. Piece of dark chocolate

breakfast: bacon roll
lunch: cheese and salad baguette
afternoon : just juice orange ice Lolly
tea: fish and chips

seriously lacking fruit and veg

4 mugs of coffee
No breakfast
Lunch: Cold lamb and coleslaw, small portion of ice cream with a flake crushed over it
Tea: three Marmite rice-cakes, scraping of butter on them, two digestive biscuits
A handful of peanuts, two breadsticks with Philly cheese.
Few wine gums
Pretty crappy intake really 😊

B- fat free Greek yoghurt, grapes, banana
L- couscous with roasted vegetables sprinkled with Cajun spices
D- creamy garlic quorn with broccoli and mushrooms, rice with sweet corn and peas.

Snacks: satsuma, 2 square chocolate

Much tea and some wine!

One piece sourdough toast with butter and Bovril
Cold lamb, salad, French bread and butter, cheese and biscuits
Piece of raspberry and lemon pavlova
Whole Twirl Easter egg ( have saved the Twirls though).
More bread and cheese
Apple as I was starting to get jelly legs from all the white carbs and sugar.

L: balsamic new potatoes and chicken
D: beef roast (was meant to do it yesterday but we were out later than expected and had dinner elsewhere so needed to use everything)
D: lots of water and half a bottle of rioja Wine

Subway and can of Coke for lunch and home made cheeseburger and wedges for dinner 😊

Breakfast; 2 Weetabix with a banana, blueberries and semi skimmed milk, a cup of tea
Snack: coffee, apple
Lunch: egg mayo sandwich with rocket and cucumber
Snack: half a raw carrot, a small bowl popcorn
Dinner: homemade pizza with Parma ham, pineapple, sweetcorn and mozzarella topping
Cup of tea and tiny chocolate egg

About 1.5l water throughout the day.

No breakfast
Lunch: broccoli and cauliflower soup; small plate of antipasti
Dinner: mozzarella sticks; rigatoni; meringue with fresh cream

Snack: ferrero rocher egg.

I've eaten so much more than usual today but it was all amazing. Best food of the holiday weekend Grin
