Happy to contribute as I am on holidays so not my usual boring fare. A cooked breakfast in the airport at 5.30 am, half a slice of cake at John Lewis at 9.30 am, then a pizza at 6.30. and a pitcher of long island iced tea which is going down very nicely

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 22/04/2019 20:02

2 cups of tea.

Cucumber sandwiches and homemade shortbread biscuits. Cup of tea.

Shepherd's pie with yesterday's leftover roast lamb. Broccoli. Cheese and crackers. 2x glasses red wine.

UnicornMadeOfPinkGlitter · 22/04/2019 20:06

Jam and butter on white toast. I usually have porridge or special k cereal but fancied a change.

Lunch was a cheese and ham granary toastie at a local garden centre. I really wanted scones and clotted cream but H told me that wasn’t a proper lunch and guilted me into having the toastie. I wish I’d had the scones! I did have a large latte though.

Dinner was left over cottage pie.

And I’ve eaten a whole Easter egg including the cream egg that came in it. Blush

fatpatsthong · 22/04/2019 20:09

Strawberries, Greek yog and a teaspoon of almond butter for pud.

Am attempting a month of lower carb to see if it shifts thyroid weight. I don't eat meat though so my low carb is never that low cos of the dairy content.
