What have you eaten- Easter Monday

I like these threads gives me ideas and generally makes me feel fairly normal.
Breakfast - piece of French bread and butter about 3inch as it was on the verge of going stale

Lunch- prawn sandwich, pkt hoola hoops

Snack- apple

Dinner- will be filled pasta and salad probably followed by a chunky kit kat

About 10 mugs of tea with almond milk during the day,
Small bunch of grapes
Bowl of salad and grated cheese
Garlic prawns and lettuce
Small(ish) piece of cheese
Tandoori prawns and lettuce.

I saw my mother today and she gave me a large Easter egg which is calling to me from the kitchen.

Coffee and more coffee for breakfast

A bacon roll and a diet coke from a burger van at a sports thing

Later a wholemeal pitta with a mix of hummus, leftover lamb, beetroot, avocado and lettuce and a massive glass of wine.

I usually have a good diet, but today has been fairly appalling!! I have had a home made fruit smoothie and two Creme Eggs so far. No idea what I am having later but need to be up at 0300 for work so need to eat whatever it is soon - ish.

2 cups of tea

Mozzerella, parma ham and melon.

Half a large packet of jelly babies - left the colours I don't like. Asked DH for jelly tots not babies. 😂

Breakfast was granary toast, butter and marmite shared with the dog.
Lunch was salad leaves, tomatoes, olives and feta cheese.
Dinner, slow cooker bbq pulled pork with fries and coleslaw.
I've also eaten almost a whole bar of the new cadbury dark milk chocolate and a biscuit with my coffee.
I'm on my first glass of a bottle of wine I'm sharing with DH.

Breakfast: Babybel and tea

Lunch: hard boiled egg,cheese, chicken,salad and pickles with buttered new potatoes

Dinner: American hot pizza

Bacon sandwich for breakfast.
Few pieces of fudge & couple of mini choc eggs.
Lunch was cous cous salad with lentils, hummus, chopped veg, crisps.
Couple more mini eggs
Dinner will be mozzarella sticks, bread, cheese, crisps, dip and wine - eating on my own in front of the tv - bliss Grin.

Breakfast - scrambled egg with cheese and a slice of wholemeal toast
Lunch - ITSU chicken noodle soup
Snack - lots and lots of chocolate.
Dinner will be tomato and chilli pasta.

Breakfast was a slice of brown toast with natural peanut butter and a plum

Lunch was 3 fish fingers and a bag of steamed veg and quinoa (needed using up)

Then things went really downhill and I had 2 lattes , a cannoli and half a frangipani at the Italian deli near me

I’m not hungry but have stuff to use up so will have a veggie tart thing with new potatoes for tea.

Feeling bloated and heavy so back to better eating tomorrow!

Pancakes with lemon and sugar for breakfast

McDonald’s for lunch

1 whole large Easter egg
Some mango

Just eating pasta with stir in dolmio sauce and cheese for dinner

Not the best day diet wise...! Ah well. Tastes nice!

Breakfast - 2 hot cross buns
Lunch - chicken goujon and sweet potato wrap (last night’s leftovers)
Snack - another hot cross bun ( making up for missing out on Good Friday!)
Dinner - will be roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted sweet potato parsnip & carrots. Strawberry tiramisu with decorated with milky bar mini eggs.

Dinner is something on the BBQ - hopefully pork chops 🤤

Lunch - more chocolate
Snack - mini cheddars
Dinner - pasta in a roast veg sauce

I am on a new healthy eating plan as sw isn’t working for me. I had:

b: coffee and banana
Snack After the gym: 2x hard boiled eggs
L: salad with lettuce cucumber tomatoes peppers celery, halloumi prawns and half a chicken breast
d: bbq so turkey burger and bun, 1x sausage salad and 1 slice Halloumi and 1 Tbs low fat coleslaw.
Snack later: chocolate if I go for another dog walk. 😁 yummy food day

More halloumi I always eat the entire block I don’t know why I buy it Blush

Chocolate and raspberry protein shake

Some mini chocolate eggs and hopefully my boyfriend will share some of his Easter egg with me Grin

Breakfast- porridge made with water, with a banana and a blob of low fat yoghurt
Lunch- a few shavings of cheddar, 3 crispbread, salad
Tea- some left over roast beef with peas and carrots. I gave drunk lots of black tea and water and am shortly having a coffee. Will have an apple and an orange later probably

Breakfast - raspberries, strawberries, natural yogurt and granola
Lunch - veggie sausages, egg, tomatoes and mushrooms
Dinner - left over lamb in a pitta bread, with lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, mint and yogurt sauce.
Lots of water.

I want chocolate now though!

Breakfast: smoked salmon

Lunch: bacon bagel

Snacks: bar of Fry's chocolate cream, remains of packet of Aldi manchego and green olive tortilla chips

Dinner: will be leftover chicken from yesterday with salad and couscous (unless I can't be arsed and go to McDonald's while I'm out)

Lunch: roast tomatoes with feta and spring onion
Snack: Kinder Egg brownie (delicious!)
Tea: Leftover lamb and roast potatoes fried up with some onion

Think I'll have yoghurt and granola for supper

Breakfast: Cucumber, apple & kale smoothie
Lunch: cheese & ham omelette
Snack: handful of nuts
Dinner: salmon, 1/2 cup brown rice & 1 cup of veg.
Desert will be a malteser bunny.
Have drunk 2 coffees & 1 1/2 litres of water so far though
