Favourite by yourself Netflix dinners?

What's your favourite evening meal for when you have the house to yourself? I've got a rare few evenings coming up where I have both the time and the tv to myself.

At the moment I'm thinking of baked camembert, but I can't think of anything else. It needs to be low effort to create and take a while to eat.

Nachos!! Tortilla chips with chilli or enchilada sauce, cheese, and jalapenos baked until the cheese melts. Then add salsa and guac.

Fairylea · 06/04/2019 18:46

Pasta with bacon, mushrooms, red onion and cheese and cream.

Right now it’d be the easiest thing I can get. So probably a tub of hummus, a selection of meats such as chorizo and Serrano ham, some pitta or fancy bread. Maybe some veg sticks.

Oh and crisps! Not bothered about sweet stuff.

Teatimeted · 06/04/2019 19:55

I'm doing this now. Pizza Express Padana pizza, with pink champagne truffles (Mother's Day gift) for desert.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 06/04/2019 20:45

Nachos sound perfect! Can you get that cheese sauce stuff you get in the States?
I've bought the camembert.

It's a good job dh doesn't go away often else I'd get scurvy.
