Hold on to your hats - this'll be an exciting one!

I aim for once a month but in reality it's probably between every 4-6 weeks.
I DGAF. We work full time, we have 2 kids. Life is busy so the beds get done when I can.
We don't smell or sleep with pets. Everyone showers or bathes on a regular basis. No one suffers from not changing bedding every 24 hours.

listsandbudgets · 02/04/2019 21:29

Weekly - it used to be randomly but I was getting into bad habits and leaving it for ages and it was getting a bit manky so now I have a day for each bed and try to do it.

I don't always manage it but that's the aim

Nicolastuffedone · 02/04/2019 21:30

Why do you need validation to change your sheets?

PaulaPennyfeather · 02/04/2019 21:49

Every three or four days - but (a) I'm in sweaty menopausal mode and (b) I sleep in the naughty naked nude. I should probably be changing them even more often.

CakeNinja · 02/04/2019 23:56

Once a week - every Sunday. Dcs once a fortnight.
Dp and I both sleep in underwear and are pretty clean but it smells a bit stale after a week so it needs changing. I don’t bleach or zoflora anything though!

ilovepixie · 03/04/2019 00:21

Twice a night!

TheBlackDaliah · 03/04/2019 05:50

Once a week, on a Sunday religiously 👼

cloudymelonade · 03/04/2019 06:09

Love a mundane chore thread.

Personally I'm an every Sunday kind of girl.

The real question is... do you iron yours?

CakeNinja · 03/04/2019 07:33

Cloudy, ironing is another thing I can categorically state I never do. I just can’t be bothered!

Penners99 · 03/04/2019 07:37

Every 5 sleeps

00100001 · 03/04/2019 07:38

Those people that change hourly?.... Vile.

I change ours every ten minutes, and replace my mattress daily.
Anything less is just gross.

I mean...do you even live your child if you change their sheets fortnightly? Aren't social services concerned???

Drogosnextwife · 03/04/2019 07:41

Do you want to know about towels aswell? 😉

Shadowboy · 03/04/2019 07:43

Fortnightly. Plus we all shower before bed.

Meretricious · 03/04/2019 07:43

Every week. Sleep in the nude.

Was every day and more when goin* through menopause...mmm those clammy night sweats.

ivykaty44 · 03/04/2019 07:43

I love clean fresh sheets & so I aim for once a week, but weather depending (I like line dryer sheets better than tumble dried) it will be up to two weeks, especially in the winter

ScruffGin · 03/04/2019 08:32

About every two weeks. Then inevitably the following day as well as the baby always seems to vomit on clean sheets Grin

maddiemookins16mum · 03/04/2019 09:57

Every 7-10 days. Probably more like 7 days in the summer ss it can go outside.

strawberriesandsugar · 03/04/2019 11:06

Used to be every 3 weeks. We have super king. It's a nightmare. But it's my aim to do every 2 weeks now.

I am aware I seem the minority but it's always worked for us.
