Hold on to your hats - this'll be an exciting one!

On the hour, every hour.

OutingOutlander · 01/04/2019 09:52

It used to be twice a week. Now with a baby with horrible reflux, more like every other day when there's at least 3 lots of sicked up milk on it.

QuinionsRainbow · 01/04/2019 09:58

Depends on what you mean by "change"!
Remove, wash, replace - once a week.
Scrap and buy replacements - only when worn threadbare.

fussychica · 01/04/2019 10:00

Pillowcases weekly
Sheets and duvet cover fortnightly

Lllot5 · 01/04/2019 10:07

If they’re due a wash and the sun is shining where you are then do them. If not don’t couple more days won’t hurt.

TheFaerieQueene · 01/04/2019 10:08

Three times a night whether it needs it or not! 🤣

sar302 · 01/04/2019 10:45

When the cleaner is coming and I realise how many times she'll have seen the same duvet cover and I feel embarrassed....

lubeybooby · 01/04/2019 11:21

once every 47.5 minutes

Flicketyflack · 01/04/2019 11:25

Fortnightly

Theoldwoman · 01/04/2019 12:01

Everyday for myself and DH.
Kids weekly in winter, twice a week in summer.

oh4forkssake · 01/04/2019 12:04

Once a week for us, once a fortnight for the kids - unless it needs it (DD2 has a very green cold so daily at the minute Envy < not envy)

pinkmagic1 · 01/04/2019 12:07

Weekly for everyone.

FiveLittlePigs · 01/04/2019 12:10

Weekly. In fact I've just done it and am laying on the freshly made bed in the sunshine coming through the window. Grin

I swear I must have been a cat in a previous life!

CeeCeeMacFay · 01/04/2019 12:11

Mine about every five days or so, change my ds' every week

whenthewhistleblows · 01/04/2019 12:12

Once a year, every year.

Flobochin · 01/04/2019 13:31

Fortnightly, but after 7 days, I top and tail.

When I win the lottery I will have clean sheets every day.

Flobochin · 01/04/2019 13:32

If you shower before bed why change weekly?

ChidiAnnaKendrick · 01/04/2019 13:38

DH & I, DS1 & DS2 once a week (boys are stinking preteens).
DS3 and DD every 2 weeks. They’re only little.

I love fresh sheets so weekly sometimes doesn’t feel long enough for me Grin

HolyForkingShirt · 01/04/2019 13:51

I aim for fortnightly but in reality it's 3/4 weeks......

Gwenhwyfar · 02/04/2019 19:28

"If you shower before bed why change weekly?"

I don't shower before bed or change sheets weekly!

Thisnamechanger · 02/04/2019 19:31

This is the first time I've EVER washed something more ofte than other MNers! Every Sunday, like feeling cosy for the start of the week.

Stayawayfromitsmouth · 02/04/2019 19:34

Usually only when dh goes away. For some reason he always wants to have sex on fresh sheets. GrinWinkWink

happyhillock · 02/04/2019 19:40

Weekly, twice a week if i have a lot of night sweats.

KeptTheBeachesShipwreckFree · 02/04/2019 20:21

Every few weeks or so. When I can be bothered.

Most of mn seems to have a cleaning obsession and take 5 hot showers a day, wash their clothes on a boil wash as soon as someone's looked at it (but woe betide anyone who washes their pants at the same time as their towels) and liberally sprays bleach or zoflora around like it's going out of fashion. Then they wonder why the planet is on its last legs.

Angelinthenightx · 02/04/2019 21:06

Once a week same for the kids, unless im ill then would be a bit longer. Oh i do a 15min wash and in ok weather its outside to dry .
