No cake / biscuits - need help!

I’ve cut out all chocolate, biscuit, cakes and sweets. I was reaching for them constantly and it had to stop. I know if I have one I’ll keep eating them so decided total avoidance was the only way. So today is day 15. I’m getting bored with it now and I want a biscuit! Also haven’t lost any weight (I know it’s v early days but still 😭). Does anyone have any tips to keep me motivated?

personally I prefer it cold the next day but it's pretty good warm as well with a bit of Halo ice cream

OP, if you like pickles (onions, gherkins...) they make a plain cracker into a feast :)

There are only 14 or so calories in a pickled onion, I believe...
