Went for a run for the first time I forever this morning. Have eaten well all day so far.
Now I want chocolate. A bar of. Preferably dipped in hot chocolate too.
But I so don’t want another summer of feeling uncomfortable in everything. Or to be embarrassed walking around in swimwear on holiday.
How do you get through cravings?? I could have a mint tea I guess. And I have a banana on my desk. But I really want chocolate too....
