A pint of Guinness a day used to be recommended for pregnant women for the iron.

When I was pregnant and in hospital, the nurse on the maternity ward offered me the choice of a light ale or Guinness. I thought she was joking but she wasn't!

She has not ruled out having a fourth DC. She spoke about it publicly a few weeks back. It doesn't make any difference IME. If she is pregnant it will be announced in time.
