Tell me about your perfect burger....

Having burgers and fries tonight for tea. (Aberdeen angus beefburgers) My perfect burger is this:

Slice of processed cheese
Sliced gherkins
Slice of tomato
Pink coloured burger sauce
Brioche bun spread with German mustard.
Accompanied by fries, salad, onion rings and coleslaw. This is a huge treat in our house! How do you like yours?

I am not a fan of brioche. Too sweet. I prefer real bread slightly crunchy. To be honest, the bread is the bit I could take or leave in a burger although clearly is a mandatory component
