Anyone else get amazing offer from Ocado?

I’m doing my Ocado shop when an email pops up.

6 items for free. Minimum spend £40. Rowse honey, El Paso fajitas, kitchen roll, Coke Zero, John west no drain tuna x 3 and 6x mini magnums.

I’m naturally sceptical. I reach £40 spend and then add the six items plus codes (I needed 5 of the 6 items anyway!)

Sure enough all free. See attached. Remarkable deal! Anyone else?

Another one who stopped ordering after 13/14 years after the nonsense last year and following a couple of last minute cancelled orders (always at the worst possible time) and no offers/ loyalty bonuses. Haven’t had a single offer since then to tempt me back. Obviously don’t want the £100 plus spend a week.

I pay £9.99 a month for a SmartPass too! Why are others' so damned cheap?!!

Waitrose delivery is free and I can get a delivery slot within 24 hours. Excellent service so far and I like that everything comes from my local store and is delivered by their staff. I've had countless offers and quite frequently £20 off if I spend £80. Lots of vouchers through the post too for online and instore. £8 off if I spend £40 instore.

I pay £75 per year (renews in January ) and have never had any freebies, will be swapping to waitrose due to the m&s swap but waitrose deliveries are scarce round here sadly. Seems an odd move for ocado - I can see them losing a lot of customers but I'm guessing M&S wanted to pay them more ££

I’m on a free 12 month smart pass offer

I'm on a free 12 month pass offer, last week i got a free box of Presat Chocolates-after a 5th shop.

I thought I was doing well with my £6.99 a month smart pass!

I'm not too fussed about the switch to M&S. Ocado fruit and veg isn't the best quality, so I will happily use M&S instead.
I don't order many Waitrose own-label items, I tend to order Ocado's instead and I haven't noticed a drop in quality.

I've found that offers have dried up, but I email whenever they attempt to hike the cost of the delivery pass and they have always left it alone. They've never offered jt 12 months free - I wonder what gif is needed to get that one!

I think Ocado are expanding their own brand range and will start edging the Waitrose essential out so the changeover isn't so stark.

Maybe the offers are linked to location and how busy the routes rae. When I lived in London I was constantly getting free smaples to try and offers on delivery but when I moved about an hour and half out they dried up.
