I've been so active on mumsnet recentlyGrin I love replying to threads like this, about general life!

This evening..
I need to workout (6.30)
Have some dinner (7.30)
Have a shower (8)
Study for 2hrs
RelaxBrew

I've been in all day today due to the weather and feeling crap with period pains so I've tidied and cleaned the living room and kitchen and got 2 loads of washing done.

Survive a couple of hours with a toddler that won't stop crying and pray she sleeps! Anything else is negotiable.

Calzone · 12/03/2019 16:44

Go home

Feed my own kids plus me and dh

Sort the washing.
Clear up

Bed

BollocksToBrexit · 12/03/2019 16:45

I've been in all day. I've done 1 load of washing and tidied the kitchen. This evening I hope to cook some dinner. That's it. But considering that I haven't slept for 20 years I think that's pretty good going.

niceupthedanceagain · 12/03/2019 16:46

ApolloandDaphne · 12/03/2019 16:48

Nothing really.

Feed the dog and feed myself.

Go to bed.

It is a lovely feeling after weeks of essay writing and exam revision which all was finished yesterday.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 12/03/2019 16:50

Cook dinner for the dcs
Go to circuits 7-8pm
Eat dinner myself, with Dh- hopefully he'll have done it while I'm out he won't have
Watch Shetland 9-10

Currently doing one of the million ongoing jobs on my list- cleaning with paintwork in our kitchen.

FormerlyFrikadela01 · 12/03/2019 16:52

Eat, have a shower then go to work the night shift.

Orangedaisy · 12/03/2019 16:52

Get home, collect DD2 from nursery, get car, get DD1 from after school care, get them home, give them both tea, bath, bed. Then sort bags and lunches for tomorrow, eat, clear up, phone best friend, tv, bed. DP is out tonight so I need to be efficient, I risk faffing once kids are down and missing tv!

lovewatchingrainfall · 12/03/2019 16:56

I need to bath the kids
Make sure kids stay in bed (DH puts them to bed)
Dinner for me and DH
Make DD lunch for tomorrow
Wrap DD presents
Blow up balloons
Decorate lounge for DD birthday
Make sure school cakes are iced
Make sure I have everything I need for hospital appointment tomorrow
Shower
Bed
Sleep

Should really get off Mumsnet and get a few bits done

caperplips · 12/03/2019 16:56

finish work, drive 45 mins home, start dinner, nag dd to do homework, do laundry so she has clean uniform and PE gear for tomorrow, eat dinner, clean up kitchen, light fire and plonk on sofa for the rest of the evening!

Dh will be there and we will split the jobs between us, although I will do the majority as he has to work on this evening

CakeNinja · 12/03/2019 17:02

Load of washing, quick tidy up and get some money out for the cleaner, bedtime reading with ds. Eat dinner (dp is cooking). That’s about it.

sleepalldays · 12/03/2019 17:03

Wow! You guys sound a lot busier than me. Good luck everyone- it's great to get into bed eventually knowing everything is done. That's what powers me on!

Go to Rainbows and Guides
Come home
Shower
Drink a glass of wine
Consider cutting down my Tesco shop from nearly £70

Bath ds
Eat
Put ds to bed (10 million times)
Shower
Study for a couple of hours or until I can't keep my eyes open.
(I'll wash up tomorrow...maybe)

Pancakeflipper · 12/03/2019 17:09

Empty washing machine
Make the evening meal
Make packed lunches
Clean out small furry creatures & the fish.
Dance in the kitchen
Strip off the wallpaper with the steamer gadget my colleague gave me to borrow.
Listen to the voting in the HofP in total horror.
Feed animals
Text my sister
Tell kids to get a shower.
Talk to kids
Get in my PJ's
Read book and not play stupid game on phone.
Phone OH to see if this week's hotel is luxury.

Really need to stop being on MN.

Thehogfatherstolemycurry · 12/03/2019 17:18

I need to defrost and microwave fish pie for DS dinner.
Wait for DH to get home and hoover whist he bathes DS.
Bedtime and bottle (hoping DS goes down as he has a rotten cold)
Eat dinner
Decide whether to go to bed in case DS up all night again or potter around the house and batch cook whilst DH out.

NerdyBird · 12/03/2019 17:20

I still have to:
Take a work call
Try and persuade 4 year old to do her reading, have a bath and hairwash and go to bed without a tantrum
Chivvy 11 year old to get ready for bed
Eat dinner
Clean kitchen and bathroom
Phone my mum
Make my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow

ShirazSavedMySanity · 12/03/2019 17:20

Tonight I need to
Make tea
Take DD to scouts
Buy my TA a birthday present
Plan tomorrow’s Maths lesson as they didn’t get it today
Mark English
Prepare comprehension questions for tomorrow
Collect DD from scouts (hoping DH will do that)

Complete a teacher workload survey sent by the DfE
