I've been so active on mumsnet recentlyGrin I love replying to threads like this, about general life!

This evening..
I need to workout (6.30)
Have some dinner (7.30)
Have a shower (8)
Study for 2hrs
RelaxBrew

I've been in all day today due to the weather and feeling crap with period pains so I've tidied and cleaned the living room and kitchen and got 2 loads of washing done.

Do the tea dishes and general tidy round of the kitchen.

Put some laundry away

Put ds to bed

Sort through the mountain of trading cards dp and I own into rough values to make it a bit easier to sell them. There's a good £10k worth sitting under the bed. We're only doing that until 9pm though, otherwise we'd be at until tomorrow morning.

OhHolyFcuk · 12/03/2019 18:59

Finish work (midnight)
Go home
Wind down in front of tv with a brew
Organise school stuff for tomorrow
Ignore cats protesting that they haven't been fed they have, they're just greedy
Go to bed

Crunchymum · 12/03/2019 21:17

I'm in bed but after working until 5.30pm I did the following when I got home

  • prepped baby's dinner (DP fed her)
  • hung a wash out (DP had cleared an airer and shaken it all out)
  • prepared and cooked dinner for the rest of us. A kind of one pot pasta, chicken and veg dish
  • bathed and creamed eczema prone baby
  • clipped all 3 kids nails (hands and feet)
  • washed up
  • had a quick tidy round
  • just doing the weekly food shop online.

DP did the other kids showers, teeth and reading.

It's amazing how much you have to squeeze in to your mornings and evenings on a work day (I'm just recently back to work after DC3). DP leaves before we get up so I am flying solo in the mornings.
