Dessert table- tell me your favourites!

I'm throwing my DP a surprise birthday party fairly soon, we're having a hog roast for the normal food and I want to add a dessert table for later on. There will be a chocolate birthday cake, a few vanilla and carrot cupcakes but I want to add a few different things so what would your favourite dessert be at a party?

Cheesecake, a proper baked one with fresh fruit on top.

A lemon tart or a banoffee pie

Sticky toffee pudding

Lemon meringue pie.

Popcorn panna cota

Lemon tart.

Jelly.

Something fruit based.

A huge, giant, catering sized, Black Forest gateau.

And a fruit salad I suppose, to cancel it out.

Bannoffee pie

Sticky toffee pudding

Strawberry pavalova

Trifle

Apple crumble

Plus plenty of cream and custard for pouring

Lemon tart
Unbaked cheesecake, lemon or red fruit flavour.
Pavlova
Chocolate mousse

Key lime pie.

Creme brûlée everytime

Baked cheesecake or pavlova with fresh berries on top

Pecan pie

Nothing helpful to add. Just wanted to say I'm starving now

A great big old-fashioned trifle like your Nan used to make. Everyone will roll their eyes and say how dated it is.. but I bet there won't be a scrap left!

Also profiteroles.

Apple tarts on puff pastry.

I have a real problem deciding between creme caramel and creme brulee

something lemony is always an option too...lemon tart, or lemon meringue

I don't often have cheesecake out as it's never right...I like it airy and whippy, or also heavy and dense, but it's spoiled if the wrong type appears.

Big platter of fruit - you could get the more exotic fruits already cut into fingers/slices, e.g. mango, pineapple
