Dessert table- tell me your favourites!

I'm throwing my DP a surprise birthday party fairly soon, we're having a hog roast for the normal food and I want to add a dessert table for later on. There will be a chocolate birthday cake, a few vanilla and carrot cupcakes but I want to add a few different things so what would your favourite dessert be at a party?

A big sherry trifle!

Raspberry Pavlova.

Coffee with a selection of posh, nutty biscuits.

Cake pops always look great on a dessert table as you can display them in decorative pots/ plant pots filled with sand/ tin foil/ floral foam to bring a bit of height and colour

A peach and strawberry fruit salad would be very refreshing after a hog roast.

Bit off topic but my husband made a Victoria sponge with buttercream on Sunday it's been in the fridge. When will it be ok till?

All my favourite options have been suggested so I've nothing further to add. So I will ask if you've got a vegetarian main course option as you've got a hog roast for the carnivores.

@Moorfields yes of course! Not expecting vegetarians to eat a hog roast.
