I have been a regular here for about 2 years and people often try to prove they are genuine by mentioning te above, but I have no idea what it is about and it's doing my head in!Tried to find a link but couldn't ,could someone please put me out my misery thanks

You haven't missed much. Someone allegedly used a beaker to wash his knob after sex because the partner used the bathroom to clean up and said beaker was in the cupboard and a friend went to drink out of beaker.

Total made up claptrap and the thread went viral and enticed more people in from other sites to read more of the same.

If you're interested it's probably in Classics along with Mexican House Thief and Listed Building/Feisty Spanish Grandmother - all complete and utter bollocks.

How do you know it was made up? I remember it. It was one of the funniest threads I have ever read. Totally hilarious!

It was a nonsense thread which wasn't even mildly amusing but lots of people declared it "hilarious lol!!!!! Funniest thing eva" and we had an influx of people who agreed.

Missing the point I know but I don't get why people feel listing previous threads prove they have been here ages. It's an open forum any Tom, Dick or Harry can see these threads without being registered.

It now resides in Classics I think. I can't find it but sure someone will be able to provide a link. It went along the lines of someone asking whether it was normal for her DH to take a beaker of water up to bed to rinse his penis in after sex. I think it was a trolling thread tbh but so inspired that we kept it.

A load of fiction that was apparently hilarious. People were spitting thir tea out/waking the baby/wetting their pants it was so funny.

Not many of the threads in Classics deserve to be in there IMO.

I found it an amusing distraction, but I really preferred the man drying himself with a hairdryer or the Easter bonnet one. Or the hedgehog cake!

I thought Korean lady was totally unfunny. I was amazed that so many found it hilarious tbh. Now fat balls made me laugh.

I didn’t rate penis beaker, but snapped and farted was hysterical. I didn’t, snort my drink, spit out my drink, wake the baby, or wet myself - but I laughed and read it to DP.

I haven't read these older threads but badger and rice in the Natural History Museum was a classic.

I don't remember Korean Lady being marketed as funny. It was liked because it was a good story wasn't it? It wasn't a "hilarious" thread like the terminally ridiculous penis beaker or pom bears.

Real oldies quote more obscure stuff as proof of identity. Tablecloths, mangoes, JF/W&R, 4, the bat etc

I read 'snapped and farted' last week having missed it when it was live. I read the whole thing in order to understand the joke. I didn't get it.

I have to say I prefer a live thread where there's possibility of an update etc, not dead threads from years ago.

What was pom bears? I've seen it mentioned but never read it, same with cutted up pears.
