I also add a teaspoon of cinnamon to the butter and brown sugar for the syrup

I had pineapple upside down cake in a restaurant and it was served with a green sorbet. Turned out to be pineapple and balsamic vinegar sorbet (not sure why it was green) but it was the best pairing ever!

I haven’t seen of those in ages. May have to make,one!

I wish I was eating it again!

My absolute favourite pudding! My DM used to make this for me, I miss her so much.
