I love these threads and I'm trying to lose a bit of weight atm (over indulged at Christmas and ever since
) so it's great to hear what other people's days are like- and if anyone else is trying to be a bit healthier I'd love to get some ideas!
So far today..
Breakfast- Porridge made with plain oats, dairy free coconut milk, blueberries & a small sliced apple on top.
Some black coffee.
Lunch- A microwave sachet of (no added sugars) roasted vegetable whole grain rice and a bag of Birdseye plain veggies.
I'm going to do a 'yoga for weight loss' YouTube video in about an hour once my foods gone down, probably incorporate some squats and crunches in too.
Dinner will be- Jacket potato w/ no added sugar Heinz beans, a little bit of grated low fat cheese and some kind of vegetable.
