What have you eaten today (so far)?

I love these threads and I'm trying to lose a bit of weight atm (over indulged at Christmas and ever sinceBlush) so it's great to hear what other people's days are like- and if anyone else is trying to be a bit healthier I'd love to get some ideas!

So far today..
Breakfast- Porridge made with plain oats, dairy free coconut milk, blueberries & a small sliced apple on top.
Some black coffee.

Lunch- A microwave sachet of (no added sugars) roasted vegetable whole grain rice and a bag of Birdseye plain veggies.

I'm going to do a 'yoga for weight loss' YouTube video in about an hour once my foods gone down, probably incorporate some squats and crunches in too.

Dinner will be- Jacket potato w/ no added sugar Heinz beans, a little bit of grated low fat cheese and some kind of vegetable.

B - cinnamon and raisin bagel, cup of tea with one sugar
L - chicken breast and broccoli mixed with rice and a big dollop of Philadelphia. Malteser bunny.
D - tempura chicken, sweet potato wedges and baked beans. I'll probably have a Fab afterwards and more cups of tea before bed.
I know it's not great but I don't care - if I restrict too much I tend to crash spectacularly and start binging. I also do quite a lot of exercise - did a pole fitness class last night, so ache like a bitch today! Grin

I'm 25 weeks pregnant and hungry all the time!! Trying to eat healthier so I can eat more.

Breakfast: shreddies style cereal with banana and berries and full fat milk

Snack: raspberry muller rice type thing

Lunch: massive salad with lettuce, Tomato, cucumber, Pepper, Olives, artichokes, olive oil, lemon juice and herbs

Will have some toast in a bit and having jacket potato with chilli later Grin

A bowl of shreddies at lunch time, and some water.

Am beginning to think I may have an issue about food at the moment.

I have just eaten my nectarine and a handful of cocktail sausages one picked onions. Bolognese will be a while yet blush
