I’ve recently started getting a lot of spots on my chin. I’ve read that at my age (40) this is likely due to hormones and/or stress. Has anyone any experience of going on birth control pills to cure this? That was suggested as the best way to treat it. I know I’m being vain, but I hate it and feel so self-conscious.
