Need some inspiration on weekday dinners so I can make a list 😊
What are you/your family having tonight?

I've made a shepherds pie with veg and Yorkshire's 😋 can't wait to tuck in.

DP is having stuffed pasta with tomato and mascapone sauce. I'm having crisps and going to bed when he goes to hobby at 7pm as I'm exhausted. Insomnia has been keeping me up since Thursday last week, my body finally needs sleep.

WTF @ leg of haddock!

MuttsNutts · 30/01/2019 17:35

Oh yeah and we had spaghetti with chorizo, mushrooms and parmesan too.

Foot long pigs in blankets left in the freezer from Christmas, egg, chips and beans (tinned spaghetti for me as I don't like baked beans).

Grin at leg of haddock

Bringbackthestripes · 30/01/2019 17:51

20 min risotto. I don’t even bother with the cream cheese & lemon I just stick an extra veg stock cube in with the chicken stock & it’s delicious.

Baked spuds

Canshopwillshop · 30/01/2019 17:56

Bringback - that looks yummy, thanks for posting the recipe.
I’m being lazy tonight so I’ve bought a lasagne from ‘Cook’. Might make a salad to go with it if I can be arsed!

happypotamus · 30/01/2019 17:57

I am eating a mousakka ready meal. That's not inspiration for you, and not usual for me. I am working a night shift tonight, might not get chance to eat during it, DC were fed by nursery/ after-school club, it needed to be quick and require minimal effort

TheQueef · 30/01/2019 17:58

Grin I got the neck from that haddock.

H/m mushroom soup to get rid of the sweaty mushrooms and the 1 chipolata, 1 tomato and 3 Cumberland sausages that have been in the freezer long enough to irritate me.

There is an unwritten rule at chezQueef to leave half a portion of Everything to sacrifice to the fridge God.
I always end up eating the roulette.

Xmasfairy86 · 30/01/2019 17:59
