Do you feel well?

I've been wondering lately how other people feel In terms of wellness. On a normal day, when you're not ill with something specific, do you feel well?
I ask because it's dawned on me that I hardly ever do, and nor does my partner. Either he has a cough, or is really tired or had a headache. I often just feel a bit yuk. Hard to put my finger on anything specific but just don't feel good. Sometimes I have a belting headache or am extremely tired or obviously sometimes I'm unwell with something like a cold. I do occasionally have days when I feel well, but they stand out.
We're 50, both a bit over weight but not too much, moderately active, non smoking, social drinking.
I'd love to know if this is mostly peoples experience.

I feel crap most of the time. In chronic pain from multiple ailments, knackered, fed up just a general low level scunnerment.

I'm sure central heating has a lot to do with it and lack of vitamin D. I go back to the UK once a year and within 24 hours my skin starts drying out, a sore throat develops and I feel suffocated, drowsy and lethargic.

I feel well day to day. I do get neck ache occasionally, probably due to my crap mattress (can't afford a new one right now.)

Since I gave up tea/coffee and drink lots of water I feel great. Salt inhalers are really good for fighting off colds & ear/nose/ throat viruses.

Eating well, fasting and exercise make me feel well

I generally don't feel well but I think I've got used to coping regardless... eg I have friends who would cancel meeting up/going to the gym/going to work even - if they feel tired but I would kind of get on with it if that makes any sense?

Exercise exercise exercise (run and yoga)
LOADS of steamed veg and fresh fruit
Early nights

I’m a single working mum of two young and no - I do not go through my days feeling tired and crap

I'm seldom ill, but I often feel just ever so slightly crap. Nothing I can put my finger on, but just not quite 'right'. I don't have a thyroid, so this is not unusual. I do wish they had told me about it when I first had the thyroid removed.

Right now, I am struggling with exhaustion and sore joints. I am in the menopause, which doesn't help. Last night I couldn't get to sleep and right now, I could curl up in a ball and sleep. I do have a doctor's appointment in a few weeks (only been trying since November!) so I hope they will increase my dose of thyroxine, but I'm not holding my breath on that.
