CandleConcerto Cry little sister was the theme from the film Lost Boys. It was sung by Gerard McMann. Love that film and song.

I love that song and the film. Lots of these aren't power ballads but great songs all the same. Skid Row and Cinderella bring back memories. I'm going to have to do a Deezer playlist now

Chardonnays I would say poison is a power ballad. Starts off quiet then you get the SHOUTY ANTHEMIC bit, plus power chords. Has a few shouted YEAHS, ott declarations, and ofc all with much back-combing, hairspray and leather trews. I think although couldn't swear to it that there's a wind machine in the video as well which helps.
