Shoeshelpplease · 19/01/2019 20:57

Can I be a nosey parker and ask you to log here how many Fitbit steps you've achieved day by day for the past week?

There's a reason I ask and I'll explain more once we have a few results.

Be honest please Grin

It's about 8000 a day but I cover the same distance as posters who do 12000 per day. I'm extremely tall 6ft + ( am female) & have a long stride.

Wowsers what do you all do who are consistently mid 20k?!
You must literally spend your days walking about all the time!

I have an office job with a longish commute - average 12k Monday-Friday and less at the weekend.

Geekster1963 · 19/01/2019 21:36

BakerBear · 19/01/2019 21:39

The most I do is 7000 and that’s on a busy day! I would be knackard on 10000 a day!

babysharkah · 19/01/2019 21:41

Can't see the whole week as the app is on my other phone but today is 16404, which is average for the weekend. Usually 10-12k on weekdays.

dementedpixie · 19/01/2019 21:44

Jeez I feel like a lazy bitch reading these! How do you fit in all those steps? Is it work related?

KenAdams · 19/01/2019 21:45

About 6-7k a day. Desk job that's very busy or constantly sit in meetings all day.

gamerchick · 19/01/2019 21:46

Yeah I'm not going against you in a hustle OP Grin

Whitelisbon · 19/01/2019 21:46

Warehouse work - cover 7 miles a day on average, then run or walk to top it up to 10 miles a day for fitness regime. Sometimes do more, can be upwards of 35k some days.

Cailleach · 19/01/2019 21:59

Weekends also do 10 miles, either walking or running.

OneStepOneStumble · 19/01/2019 22:08
