How often do you take the kids out?

What type of places do you take them?

10 year old dd here. I’ve found she really benefits from going out to different places that have structured activities (has Asd) so she does swimming on a school night, Brownies and one night a play club.
Weekends are best kept busy too and she has dance and singing lessons on Saturdays. Other than that - this month for example she will have been to parkour, out into town shopping and lunch, a park run and horse riding, a Disney party and disco, trying aerial hoop and silks and a visit to an indoor snow centre- loves snowboarding. Some months not quite as busy, depends what’s available.

The babies, everyday because it tires them out for naps. Walks, park, woods, shopping, playgroup, friends, farm, jump place.

The older one once a week, usually cinema, jump place or just put on a cycle ride.
