What item of clothing has my mother bought me?!

NC - lighthearted. Disclaimer: I am grateful she has sent a present.

Normally I don't get a present from mother on my birthday but alas one has arrived (we live in different countries)

On the customs label it says 'Clothing'

In the past I have been given some rather hideous clothing from her including a massive purple fleece (it's not cold here), glitter tops (not my style) and endless sweaters with tartan (we are Scottish but there is such a thing as too much tartan).

I'm a jeans and a plain t-shirt kinda woman who is turning 35......Opening the present in about 10 hours.....

Aw bless her. I love it when mothers get totally useless presents but you can tell they've agonised over them. Socks - you can't go wrong with socks! My mother has resorted to sending me money now because I'm apparently 'so difficult to buy for'.

I don't think my Mum will ever but me any socks as a few years ago she gave me enough socks to last a lifetime, there were about 20 pairs of long socks. Many went in the charity bag.

I love the purse thingy, I love mini purses and make up bags. In fact I like the whole lot! If it was my mum she'd have chucked some Max Factor make up in there too (I love make up).
