Where are your black leggings from?

I need some new black leggings. Thick, good quality ones. I'm sick of the cheaper ones, they go bobbly, see through, Nora Batty at the knees after a few wears. If you would recommend yours, where are they from?

I'm currently looking through h&m as I had a cracking pair of maternity ones from there.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Mint Velvet for me, I would also recommend giving Uniqlo a try.

Lululemon or fabletics - can’t live without mine

Morrison’s..... really!!
Lovely waistband and nice fabric. Really really nice.

If you’re wearing them in colder weather then the fleeced Primark ones are amazing, not so great in summer though. My best pair have been from H&M actually.

ShannonRockallMalin · 05/01/2019 21:35

I got some ‘Indigo’ label leggings from M&S four years ago and they’re still perfect after loads of wear. Honestly the best leggings I’ve ever had by miles, and I’m not usually an M&S person at all.

Abzi91 · 05/01/2019 21:35

I have some from H&M and they're great! They feel really thick and good quality.

wwwwwwwwwwwwww · 05/01/2019 21:36

Boden comfort band.

I think it depends if you want cotton look ones or Lycra look ones.

Nanasueathome · 05/01/2019 21:36

I actually like Boden leggings

Orchidflower1 · 05/01/2019 21:37

I like Sainsbury’s ones

chumbal · 05/01/2019 21:38

Uniqlo Wink

anniehm · 05/01/2019 21:38

Bodens are the best, I have 10 year old ones as good as new.

GobblersKnob · 05/01/2019 21:38

Sainsbury's luxury ones. (Single not twin pack). Uniqlo seamless are my absolute fave, but I think they are sold out now this year.

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 05/01/2019 21:38

M&S and Sainsbury £10 ones (though I did buy some a couple of months ago that I struggled to get over my feet , I have really skinny feet/ankles too)

I got some Sainsbury Ponte leggings which are gorgeous , thicker and more like tapered trousers but legging fabric

ThroughThickAndThin01 · 05/01/2019 21:39

Boden followed by M & S.

Definitely not White Stuff.

Bathbombs · 05/01/2019 21:41

Another pair of 10 year old Bodens here. They’ve been worn about once a week on average so pretty good going

H&M but I won't buy them from there again, they're awful.

My maternity leggings were from GAP and I'll buy my next lot of normal ones from there as they were so comfy and slightly longer in the leg which is what I need.

SpinningBob · 05/01/2019 21:49

I used to wear the M&S ones, but got some Phase Eight and Mint Velvet in the John Lewis sale to try them and compare....the Phase eight were by far the best!

Gotstuckwiththisname · 05/01/2019 22:12

Sainsbuys ones have been the best I've found for me personally. Or Primark velvet lined ones in the winter.

WaterlooElephant · 05/01/2019 22:14

Joe Browns at Simply Be because I have big hips, but people I know still swear by Primark?

Roo2012 · 05/01/2019 22:14

I've just got a pair of Boden ones and they're great, except for being slightly too long. I wish they did a short leg length.

AhoyAhoy · 05/01/2019 22:31

I’ve been wearing a pair of 10 year old topshop leggings. They haven’t faded but the waistband is starting to feel loose.
Bought my niece some of the lined primark ones. They’re gorgeous. I’m thinking of getting a pair for myself, but they’re not very long.

peachypetite · 05/01/2019 22:32

Recently got some from debenhams by principle (they do a PEtite range too) and the quality is v good.

Darkestnight · 05/01/2019 22:32

Sainsbury's leggings are great

poppingalf · 05/01/2019 22:34

H&M but ONLY the 'heavy' leggings
