I've lost my appetite, what have you eaten for dinner tonight?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and full of cold and don't fancy anything to eat. Really struggling to think of nice tasty things to eat.

What have you eaten for your dinner? I'm hoping for some inspiration!

Jacket potato, beans and cheese. It's my go-to comfort meal.

HolyMountain · 01/01/2019 19:02

I made an cheesy omelette with onion, cheese and cherry tomatoes, I didn’t fancy the Bolognaise I made for everyone else.

Mini chicken kievs left over from Christmas!

Chicken soup.

PierreBezukov · 01/01/2019 19:03

Similar to Holy Mountain, I made omelette with cheese, onion, and bacon. Using leftovers really but they were tasty.

CrispbuttyNo1 · 01/01/2019 19:04

Chinese takeaway

LtGreggs · 01/01/2019 19:04

Still on leftovers - vegetable soup, roast potatoes, random selection of cheese & cold meats, token salad, panettone & custard. Normal service will be resumed in next day or two!

Mokepon · 01/01/2019 19:04

Takeaway curry.
But when I don't feel like eating I like a wee plate of olives/bread/tomatos and nibbly bits.
Or eggy bread and fried mushrooms.

SinglePringle · 01/01/2019 19:05

Homemade chicken noodle soup (with fake noodles). Loads of cabbage and kale and a heavy dose of garlic and fresh chillis. Bloody lovely.

CatnissEverdene · 01/01/2019 19:05

I got the Joe Wicks veggie book for Christmas, so we had butternut squash, sage and hazelnut risotto. It was really simple and very tasty.

Hazlenutpie · 01/01/2019 19:05

We've whole roast duck, roast potatoes, parsnips, sprouts, cabbage, stuffing and cranberry sauce.

Hazlenutpie · 01/01/2019 19:06

Gotstuckwiththisname · 01/01/2019 19:07

I had a roast for lunch, wasn't massively hungry but just had some banana porridge and a nectarine.

missmouse101 · 01/01/2019 19:07

Vegetable lasagne, using up all the bits and bobs of leftover vegetables.

SpornStar · 01/01/2019 19:09

Halloumi fajitas.

stoplickingthetelly · 01/01/2019 19:10

Gammon joint, roast potatoes, carrots and cauliflower cheese. It was yummy.

UsernameTaken76 · 01/01/2019 19:14

Prawn stir fry is currently cooking cannot wait for this

FloofyDoof · 01/01/2019 19:15

Son bought himself a pizza from Papa Johns (hangover cure apparently), and I had a couple of slices. Too much eating, and cooking, over Christmas. DD is at work, and I really couldn't be bothered to cook just for me.

confusedandemployed · 01/01/2019 19:16

Ooooh @stoplickingthetelly almost snap! We had gammon joint, cauliflower cheese, spuds and peas. Kind of a NYD tradition and one of my most favourite meals.

YouCantPolishThis · 01/01/2019 19:17

Steak, garlic mushrooms, peas and crispy potatoes.

itssquidstella · 01/01/2019 19:18

We had chicken and prawn stir fry, it was delicious!

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 01/01/2019 19:22
