I love food, but people who don't know me well sometimes think I am picky because I don't like...
Pasta. Of any kind. No noodles, spaghetti, or anything. It's the texture I'm sensitive to, it just makes me naucious.
Also not nearly as bad but I dislike lettuce. Absolutely love spinach though.

OP posts:
KnittingSister · 19/12/2018 08:26

Peas. Give me any other vegetable spinach or sprouts or cabbage but NOT PEAS!

Jins · 19/12/2018 08:29

Eggs. It’s a texture thing.
Peas. Vile little pellets of doom
Peppers. Raw or cooked. Taste of diesel
Cream. Yuck. Can taste it in anything. Milk not so bad but I can only cope with it in sauces.

shiveringtimber · 19/12/2018 08:32

Eggs, in any form but particularly hard boiled. Yargh! Sardines, kippers, kidney (steak and kidney pie), blancmange, jelly, peas, chick peas, hummus, hazelnuts, offal, tuna 🤮

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 19/12/2018 08:39

Cream
Goat's cheese - smells vile.
Tea with milk - tastes vile. I like a bit in coffee, though..

mebeforeyou · 19/12/2018 08:50

Strawberry yoghurt or anything strawberry flavoured - but love fresh strawberries

Smash
Trifle
Oysters
Marizpan
Caraway

zebrarobot · 19/12/2018 09:03

Eggs. I can manage egg fried rice when I make it myself. But any other variation of egg I will heave at. And the smell 🤢

Vicliz24 · 19/12/2018 09:59

Tofu - that stuff is Satan's spawn solidified 🤢 soft centred chocolates . Coffe flavour anything but love actual coffee. Most desserts- too sweet and gloopy. Hot apple anything- apples should be cold . Garden peas - vile little things . Bread and butter pudding- only have to look at it

lmj25 · 19/12/2018 10:02

Mushrooms Envy

Slightlycoddled · 19/12/2018 10:05

Nakedavenger74 you are not alone! I absolutely detest the flavour and texture of wobbly, creamy, custardy, milky, vanillary foodstuffs. If someone offered me a million pounds to eat a panacotta, or a creme brulee, or a bowl of custard I couldn't do it! Yurgh, yurgh and treble yurgh! Just thinking about it makes me heave!

Stephisaur · 19/12/2018 10:21

Fish/seafood

Doritos (love nachos, Doritos are just cardboard)

Peas

Titsywoo · 19/12/2018 10:23

Chocolate, biscuits, cake, fruit, cream - most sweet stuff basically! I eat pretty much everything else (apart from radishes and parsnips - the devil's cock and balls).

Disfordarkchocolate · 19/12/2018 10:24

Tomatoes, they are the food of the devil. Some people believe it was a tomato in the garden of Eden and not an apple. I would not have been tempted.

Bombaybunty · 19/12/2018 10:32

Sweet potatoes and beetroot, both are revolting.
Don't like goat's cheese either.

formerbabe · 19/12/2018 10:34

Savoury pies...yuck

Sea bass...very overrated

mogtheexcellent · 19/12/2018 11:50

Olives
Avocados
Anything with wet sponge eg. trifle, gateaux etc
Quinoa
Courgette, Aubergine, pumpkin
Overnight oats - yuck.

and pickled eggs.

EKGEMS · 19/12/2018 12:07

Cilantro

Outfoxed · 19/12/2018 12:08

Cream, in all it’s various forms, each one as nausea inducing as the last.

AdamNichol · 19/12/2018 12:17

Carrots
Peanuts - I'm not allergic, I just hate them
Crisps - I will eat these to bulk out a lunch if there's nothing else on offer; but no more than once every 2 months or so - preferring to go hungry otherwise
Boiled or mashed potato
General milk chocolate - don't hate it, but not worth the calories to me. Dark chocolate or hot chocolate is fine; as is posh chocs

the biggie though....butter or marg or spread of any sort. Despised since I was old enough to have an opinion on such things. I never ever put it on anything; though I know it's in baked goods, etc, but I can't tell so I don't mind

quirkychick · 19/12/2018 12:18

I'm not very fussy, either but am also a banana hater. I will very occasionally eat an actual banana, but cooked, mushed up or banana flavoured, just no. Also, peanut butter, just claggy and horrible, though I like almond or cashew butter. Lastly, meringue and marshmallows, just too sweet. That makes quite a few desserts I don't eat.

raindancemumma · 19/12/2018 12:23

Oysters
Tofu
Rice pudding

10PollyPockets · 19/12/2018 12:26

Peppers - always seem to be in everything though
Tomato sauce
Heinz beans
Avocado
I don't like eating chicken if I've cooked it because I hate raw chicken and it puts me off eating it if I've touched it but I realise that is just weird on my part
milk
Hot drinks, I hate all tea and coffee

Dontsweatthelittlestuff · 19/12/2018 12:26

Peanut butter
Chocolate spread or really any chocolate that doesn’t come as a solid bar
Any type of cheese
Pasta in lumps but spaghetti is ok
Brown rice

IHaveBrilloHair · 19/12/2018 12:27

Peppers, yuck, they repeat on me for months

PuppyMonkey · 19/12/2018 12:30

I hate pasta too OP. Also:

Gravy
Peas
Mince pies
Merengues
Cream cakes
Nuts
Mayonnaise
Sushi

AdaColeman · 19/12/2018 12:46

Very spicy curry, though I like mild korma types.

Chorizo, such a dominant taste, and seems to be in everything ATM.

Fish in batter, much too greasy.

Burgers, too greasy.

Coriander, tastes like rotting cabbage.
