even though I saw the photo. Her bump looks 7 and a half months.

There are rumours it's twins.

Luckingfovely · 12/12/2018 21:09

In the photos last night she looked stunning but yes, way further along than you would expect.

halfwitpicker · 12/12/2018 21:11

I reckon she's due in March.

I think she looks about 28 weeks

Celebelly · 12/12/2018 21:26

I'm due in early Feb and I wish I looked as small as that... 😬

AlwaysColdHands · 12/12/2018 21:27

This precise speculation is hilarious. I’m 21 weeks. Some days there’s almost nothing there, others it’s massive. Depends on time of day, how much I’ve eaten, where baby is positioned etc. Grin

EdtheBear · 12/12/2018 21:30

How can anybody guess?
I remember having 3 weeks to go and got chatting to another pregnant mum, who had similar sized bump, she had 3 months to go!

costacoffeecup · 12/12/2018 21:30

I am due at beginning of Feb and my bump is twice the size of hers. That would mean she was pregnant at her wedding too as I'm sure I was pregnant when I watched the wedding, and I think it's unlikely that was the case.

FlamingJuno · 12/12/2018 21:32

I reckon it's a honeymoon baby and she's due first week of March which has allowed the Palace to say it's due in "spring" Wink

costacoffeecup · 12/12/2018 21:34

I think end of March. She will probably have a smallish bump anyway because of ace stomach muscles but that looks five and a half months max to me!

AwkwardAsAllGetout · 12/12/2018 21:37

I’m 24 weeks and it’s been amusing watching all the speculation since she announced. I’d say she’s pretty much due when I am, right at the end of March. From about 17 weeks my bump changed size from barely visible to pretty big randomly throughout the day, and from day to day I could do my jeans up and then suddenly be unable to the next day. Now I have a sizeable bump that I’d say is on par with hers, that many people have said seems to have sprung up from nowhere in the last few weeks, but still seems to change size and shape throughout the day. And boy am I glad not to be under the same level of scrutiny. Even for a confident woman it must be very hard.

GrannyJillS · 12/12/2018 21:39

She's short and short bodied.

todayiwin · 12/12/2018 21:40

@GrannyJillS so am I .... but I never even looked pregnant until I was 8 months

Mrscog · 12/12/2018 21:40

I was going to say she’s short bodied too - she’ll look more pregnant more quickly.

Mrsmadevans · 12/12/2018 21:41

It's twins l reckon

GrannyJillS · 12/12/2018 21:44

If it could be twins the official announcement wouldn't have been a baby. They'd have worded it differently.

WipsGlitter · 12/12/2018 21:46

Unless they wanted to throw people off the scent @GrannyJillS

WindyWednesday · 12/12/2018 21:48

I don’t really care. I’m so fed up with her bump cradling. It’s so odd.

jessstan2 · 12/12/2018 21:50

She looks lovely, positively glowing.

Does anyone know why she keeps holding the bump with two hands? It looks so weird, but maybe there’s a valid reason?

PasswordRejection · 12/12/2018 21:53

A friend of mine, who is very petite, was huge from really early on and had GD. She constantly had the "are you sure you're not further along"/"are you sure there's only one in there?" comments which she felt like she has to politely laugh off despite being incredibly worried about her and her baby's health and then having to be induced early because the doctors were worried about the baby's size. Fortunately both of them are fine. But I think this type of speculation is pretty crass.

When I was pregnant I would cradle the bump without even thinking about it. My baby was in there. Odd?! I can't think of anything more natural.

raisinsraisins · 12/12/2018 22:00

Celebs always cradle their bumps because of all the photos of them online. She wants everyone in the future to know that she was pregnant in that photo rather than overweight.
