The most beautiful love song ever....

For me, it has to be this, especially Chet Baker's version from the 1940s :
"I get along without you very well,
Of course I do,
Except to hear your name,

Or someone 's laugh that is the same....."
And the last lines:
"Except perhaps in Spring,
But I should never think of Spring,
For that would surely break my heart in two..."
It gets me every time! What song do you find beautiful?

I had never consciously listened to ed Sheeran but my dd played me 'Supermarket Flowers' the other day.
My mum is dying and it floored me. Totally and completely.

Whoever said “it’s getting better” by mamas and papas- I listened to that constantly when I was pregnant with DD, still floors me every time! “... but with me and you, it just started quietly and grew...”

Some beautiful songs here
Mine would be Vision by Peter Hammill
m.youtube.com/watch?v=nqkB2xNskAo
“I don't know where you end, and where it is that I begin.
You simply open my mind, and the memories flood on in.
I remember waking up, with your arms around me;
I remember losing myself
and finding that you'd found me,
as the seasons roll on, and my love stays strong...”
