No I don't peel it and have never had issues with it getting stuck in my teeth or the like. Only exception is if I've had one open for a few days in the fridge, then the casing can dry out and get a bit tough so I peel it then.

Yes always, I think it cooks better peeled.

I peel off the obvious paper if that's what you mean? I don't peel off that waxy covering, had no idea it was a thing
