My mother came down from Scotland last week. She made me corned beef hash. I had this tonight. It was gorgeous. It got me thinking would it replace her spaghetti Bolognese as a last meal. Mmm possibly.
What’s your DEATH ROW MEAL?

Chinese takeaway!

Finfintytint · 05/12/2018 20:08

Black pudding, fried bread, fried eggs, sausages and hash browns. If the lethal injection didn’t kill me then the breakfast would!

LEMtheoriginal · 05/12/2018 20:12

Fillet steak, stuffed field mushroom and triple fried chips. Panna cotta for pud

Sparklingbrook · 05/12/2018 20:13

This question is asked a lot but to be honest if I was about to be killed I think my appetite would be nil.

RagingWhoreBag · 05/12/2018 20:14

All of the above

Finfintytint · 05/12/2018 20:15

Well yes Sparkling but what is your go to death row meal?

FiveGoMadInDorset · 05/12/2018 20:19

When I worked in a prison library one of the most popular books was one about death row last meals, it was just pages of men and what they ordered

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 05/12/2018 20:20

Pre starter.2 bottles of expensive ice cold Sauvignon blanc (to help make me forget it was my last meal) Starter double cheeseburgers and fries from McDonald's.Main would be extra cheesy macaroni cheese and garlic bread, pudding would be chocolate cheesecake with cream Smile

Laska2Meryls · 05/12/2018 20:20

Finfintytint · 05/12/2018 20:22

Ambrosia creamed rice? Work of the devil who you will soon meet?

Laska2Meryls · 05/12/2018 20:24

... I am not actually planning on surviving that meal..and wish to expire before they come and get me

DUFFDADDY1 · 05/12/2018 20:25

If we are including alcohol. A bottle of chateauneuf du pape and as much cider and vodka I can get .
Mind you I would need to have urn bru with the vodka ( 2 birds one stone sort of thing)

Starter - nachos with loads of guacamole and sour cream
Main - my ex-MIL’s Sunday Roast. I miss her dinners more than I miss exh
Pudding- key lime pie
Drinks - mojito

Sparklingbrook · 05/12/2018 20:27

Oh so it's more 'what's your favourite meal?' Grin

Carvery from a specific pub.

RaininSummer · 05/12/2018 20:28

A stunning Indian style feast with tiramisu or boozy cherry cheesecake for dessert.

Nicknacky · 05/12/2018 20:32

Steak pie, beans and mash. With rhubarb crumble and M&S mascarpone custard, and a bottle of Pinot.

Laska2Meryls · 05/12/2018 20:32

later on (a couple of bottles in ) I shall also require a whole big bag of Chilli Doritos and some spare ribs in plum sauce and Singapore noodles from the local Chinese takeaway .. ( not that I am likely to actually eat them )

YourMilkshakeIsBetterThanMine · 05/12/2018 20:35

Starter sharer box from the Chinese near us followed by a main and naan from the Indian near us followed by a platter of cheesecakes with ice cream. Glass bottle of Irn Bru. Finish off with a few mojitos and a fuck ton of Nutella with those salty pretzel sticks from the Polish aisle.

Pretamum · 05/12/2018 20:37

I'd start with some margaritas (no salt rim though). Then I'd start with some prawns in a spicy Cajun sauce, followed by a really decent curry, with all the popadoms, bread, rice, sag aloo etc to go with it. And lots of onion salad and mint raita too! Probably wouldn't have room for dessert but if I did it would have to be melt in the middle chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream AND squirt cream from a can. Pretty sure my stomach would explode!

Pinkprincess1978 · 05/12/2018 20:39

Pizza, ice cream and white wine 😍

SauvingnonBlanketyBlanc · 05/12/2018 20:41

@YourMilkshake id recommend chocolate covered pretzels called Flipz they are gorgeous if u like that type of stuff.V addictive though

Joanne721 · 05/12/2018 20:43

Beef casserole, gravy, loads of garlic(fuck the breath)vegetables, dumplings made out of the box from the supermarket that you just add water to(i sometimes eat dumplings if someone has pissed me off,i eat them like crisps, sort of go to comfort food) and for pudding, any gateau, cheesecake, icecream that took my fancy, lol, and a bottle of vodkaGrin

thismeansnothing · 05/12/2018 20:52

Hmmmmm......

Either a good fillet steak, peppercorn sauce in a pot to dip some chunky chips in, onion rings, Portobello mushroom and salad with a rite good dressing on it. Nice glass of cold white wine. For pudding a big American vanilla baked cheesecake

Or

Roast beef dinner, all the trimmings with a decent pint of ale. Then sticky toffee pudding and custard.
