I need some inspiration. Something quick and easy

Mexican chicken with a coriander pesto, roast squash, rice, tomato and avocado salsa. Dh made it and it was ace.

Barbecue pulled pork with salad and grated cheese in a wrap mmmmmm was amazing

Homemade samba esque chicken curry, rice and naan. Popadoms and chutney to start. Very tasty and lots left for freezer/tomorrow.

Husband cooked jambalaya was yummy! Rice, pepper, bacon, onion, celery and chorizo - was quite spicy but really good! Now having an apple sliced up with peanut butter to dunk in it. Yum!
