I need some inspiration. Something quick and easy

Salmon, butternut and spinach croquettes (from Sainsburys - they're delicious) brocolli, carrot and parsley sauce.

I made teriyaki salmon, mash and sweetcorn.

Pulled pork in flatbreads with salad and sweet potato fries.

Dead easy because we're just using up leftover pork from yesterday's roast pork ( and there is a portion left for my lunch tomorrow!)

Beef stew and dumplings. I have a cold but DH has Manbola so comfort food is required.

The meat eaters had cottage pie with sweet potato mash, the veggies had carrot and cashew nut burgers with baked potatoes and we all had carrots and tenderstem broccoli.

Roasted mediterranean veg (peppers, aubergine, courgette, red onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes), cous cous, falafels (not home made), fried halloumi and green salad.

Spinach pasta with a Lloyd Grossman pasta sauce tomato and bacon... afraid that's as close to cooking as I get!

A packet of jaffa cakes...lazy Tuesday.

Chinese marinated pork with veg stir fry and noodles.

Homemade turkey meatballs in sauce over courgetti

Sacla Intenso olive and tomato, pasta and coleslaw. My Favourite!

Fray Bentos steak pie with rosti and peas and brocolli

Cannelloni, stuffed with leftovers of last night's bolognese, topped with spinach, bechamel sauce and grated cheese.

Its been a long day. We’re having egg, chips and beans. That means ‘I’ll put everything into the fuck it bucket!’ 🤷🏼‍♀️

Cottage pie

Tuesday is cheap night so beans or spaghetti on toast here.

Ive made a lamb rogan josh in the sc with the leftovers of sunday roast. Dh turns his nose up at lamb and requested swedish sausage dinner. As soon as he smelled mine he asked if there was enough for 2. No. There. Is not. Punk.

M and s vegan kievs pots with loads of veg DD14 is veg. Dont like cooking two different meals

I had some smoked salmon thick cut like sashimi
The tsarine one from Waitrose I ordered on ocado
With avocado
Seaweed
Rice that I microwaved
Teriyaki sauce with pickle ginger and wasabi in it

And now I'm in bed like a lazy bastard with my toddler who should be in his bed but isn't playing ball and I just had a toast with loads of butter and honey

But at least I didn't have to cook
The salmon was actually divine

Spicy bean burger on brioche bun, sweet potato mash and red cabbage, very tasty.

Gammon, rice, veg & gravy.
