I was inspired by Glühwein and a sip or two of glogg a visit to the local Weihnachtsmarkt, the only kind of Christmas shopping experience I like, mainly because I can get there by train, so no dicing with death as in my local Aldi Parkplatz two nights ago.

Also, the word 'Weihnachtsangst' very often captures the true spirit of Christmas.
