All of them. As long as they have a proper biscuity base. My worst cheesecake disappointment was ordering one which turned up with a soggy thin layer of sponge instead. WTAF.

I can recommend the dulche de leche and macadamia nut one in Las Iguanas though...

Waitrose do an English cheesecake company lotus biscuit one. It’s amazing, the best cheesecake I’ve had apart from the Cheesecake Factory (obvs)

I used to love Asda New York vanilla cheesecake but it’s changed. I made a salted caramel one last week that was ok but not hitting quite the spot. Please share recipes for your baked ones!!

Yes please share recipes but also because i’m lazy where do you buy the really good cheesecakes?? I haven’t had an amazing one in ages.
