What the hell does she see in that Berger, I mean she's no picnic but he's awful. I've known men just like him.

None of them really had any family though did they? I mean parents or siblings which was odd.

I watched a couple of episodes of The Carrie Diaries, prequel to the show. It was absolute crap. Carrie’s mum died when she was a teenager so she was being raised by her dad, even though she said he left when she was little, and she had a sister who was never mentioned in SATC. It was extremely weird that she had no family ties.

I think Charlotte had a brother in one episode, he sleeps with Sam, and there is the episode where Miranda’s mum dies and I think it’s shown she hates her sister.

Oh god Miranda's mum's funeral - what a fantastic piece of television. When Miranda's going back down the aisle alone and breaks down so they all come out to walk with her. And then you see Aiden and Steve 😭😭

I hate that actor in everything I see him in now because of Berger.

And when Miranda shouts at the shop assistant (fair enough to be honest) and then cries. She acts really well, I didn't like her as a teen but she's the best one really

Fuck me, I can barely watch this show now as it's absolutely insufferable! I adored it in my early 20s - never liked Carrie though, but loved Samantha and Miranda.

Best men though? Gotta be Steve, Harry and Smith. I wouldn't have gotten out of bed if Smith had been in it, ding dong. And he really cared about Samantha, was very sweet.

Yeah Berger was just so sappy and cowardly!! Loved the Post it episode where they go to the club and at the end Carrie gets cautioned for 'smoking a doobie'

Of course it's dated, it's quite old now! But that's true of so many programmes. Loved it then and love it now, it was groundbreaking, hilarious and got me through many weeks of morning sickness watching (listening) to episode on episode - sometimes with my eyes closed!!

The best episode for me is Brady's first birthday party. Miranda tells Steve she loves him and Samantha's pubes are accident dyed orange

I used to love Big but as pp said, what was it about him that was so good? Re watching it has made me realise that I didn't really understand it

Ah SATC i liked Aiden and she did cheat on him Big was a Smarmy Twat and he just. Wasent that unto her imo i cant really remembet tjat much abour Berger and i haf the boxset iused to watch reruns whenni was on maternity leave with ds1 and hes 12 on Boxing day!
