We’re meant to be going out tonight
But I’m having a disgustingly heavy period, I’m freezing cold (does everyone get cold when they’re on?) and haven’t been able to get warm all day, the baby has a cold, I’m tired, DP is in work in the morning and I can’t even drink because of medication

I just want a hot bath, a pizza and to snuggle up in bed and watch Gogglebox

Someone shake me out of it and tell me I’ll have a really good time when I get there??

Just think how you'd feel if it was your birthday and your friends couldn't be bothered to go. I think that is really crap. I've got a heavy period too. And I've just had a warm bath and I'm lying on my bed in a towel.
