What is this 80s(?) TV theme tune?

It sounds a bit scifi/synthesizer and just carries on like that. I thought it was Tomorrow's World but it's not. It could be something similar though. I've tried singing it to DH but he's just . It's literally (actual literally) keeping me awake at night.

The key change made me think of Nationwide

It's a bit 'space age'. Or rather 1980s trying to sound space age. I think it would be a factual programme.

There's an app you can get where you sing into it and it will tell you the tune. can't remember what its called but someone will know
