Do you know when you just run out of ideas. Seem to be having the same dishes week in week out. I've looked at books but nothing has grabbed my attention as yet.

I don't fancy take away.

So feel free to come and tell me what you are making and inspire me 😁

Following as also no idea what to do. Nothing in and don't want a takeaway!

costacoffeecup · 17/11/2018 13:58

Last night we had beef short rib slowly stewed with onion, carrot, wine, stock and Jerusalem artichokes. And herby dumplings. It was very good!

Therealjudgejudy · 17/11/2018 14:00

Butternut squash ravaoli with arabiatta sauce and grated mozzarella on top.

ElspethFlashman · 17/11/2018 14:00

Chicken korma made with curry powder, 1/2 pint of veg stock, and a big pot of Muller lite coconut yoghurt.

Its fab and relatively skinny. Kids demolish it.

maerd · 17/11/2018 14:02

Pheasant with a creamy cider sauce and rice

Either carbonara with the gammon leftover from last night, or the pizza express sloppy giuseppe that Tesco thought would be an acceptable substitute for the garlic dough balls I ordered

Peachydream · 17/11/2018 14:09

Nadia Hussain's Lamb Samosa Pie, with roasted baby new potatoes and kale.

doyoulikecarrots · 17/11/2018 14:10

Happy Pear's 5 minute chilli.... Haven't made it before so will let you know how it goes!

Chicken pie (with fish pie for the annoying pescatarian)

Sarahlou63 · 17/11/2018 14:11

Pork tenderloin with fig, cream and balsamic sauce. Cauliflower rice with peas and onion (for the veggie and others) and sauteed potatoes.

Athena51 · 17/11/2018 14:12

Steak and kidney casserole, creamy mashed potatoes and Savoy cabbage.

Santaispolishinghissleigh · 17/11/2018 14:12

I didn't fancy take away until dh came up with a cunning plan....
Ds's (teens) have had a shed load of cash and pizza this week already, they can make tea when necessary -
So we had planned an early up to our room and wrap night - dh suggested we order Chinese and sneak it upstairs!!
Brilliant!!

sprinkleofsunshine · 17/11/2018 14:13
