It’s bloody brilliant and I have massive wavy frizzy hair. I’m currently in a hotel with crap shampoo, no conditioner and I’ve gone from washed hair to brilliant curls in an hour, an actual hour!!! I usually have to do curls over two days. One day blow dry and curl the next day. I anyone is thinking about it go for it!

Umm WOW!!! It looks like you’ve had a v expensive blow-dry. I was hugely sceptical because in the videos it looks shit but I think you’ve just sold me on it. How long did it take? Was it fiddly?

This is brilliant. I am considering buying this too. Have to persuade the dh that it is a necessary purchase first.

someonekillbabyshark · 12/11/2018 20:28

I have super thick frizzy curly hair (down to my butt) my old hairdryer took an hour to get it bone dry... my new BaByliss one takes 15 mins and it cost me £40! But loving the curl you have got what attachment did you use

Funclesmuck · 12/11/2018 20:35

So I dried t with the hairdryer first to approx 50% dry, then did it with the brush dryer. I don’t even have a brush with me 😂😂 then did the magic curly wand. There is one for each side of your head, so you don’t have to be a contortionist and fiddle around. Honestly, I think this is going to change my life! People will now say “oh you know who I mean, funckles, the one with the fantastic hair” instead of “funckles the one with the crazy old lady hair!”

The whole shebang took an hour, including shower. This is a whole new world for me, I can’t wait to get home and have my brush/hairspray/separation clips to make it even easier

Wow your hair looks great! I want one of those now

Funclesmuck · 12/11/2018 20:39

Not fiddly at all (I hav recently taken my fingerprints off whilst using a wand and a heat proof glove) so I’m not exactly the most elegant hair product user!

Nice but I get a better curl using my babyliss and that’s not £450!!!

Funclesmuck · 12/11/2018 20:47

For sure I’ve had a better curl, this is my first try and no product, not even conditioner, but for me it’s the speed in which I got this. One hour start to finish is unheard of for me!

Dry nice but what's it done to your faceGrin

goodnessgrace · 12/11/2018 20:59

Does it do a sleek straight blow dry too?
I'm tempted but I have chin length hair so would prob look like orphan Annie if I curled it

EmotionallyDestroyed · 12/11/2018 23:29

You've curled it in the wrong direction on your right side but it does look great! X

Dobbyhasnomaster · 12/11/2018 23:32

Looks gorgeous! 😍

AGHHHH · 13/11/2018 00:21

Looks really glam and silky!

Poster65 · 13/11/2018 00:26

Couldn’t help but think my Babylids does a better job too :/ it’s nice but an hour?!?

Poster65 · 13/11/2018 00:27

Babyliss

beeefcake · 13/11/2018 08:41

Oh wow this is making me regret cutting my hair to my chin Sad I didn't know you could get this look at home so easily

beeefcake · 13/11/2018 08:42

It probably only took OP an hour as it's the first time using it. As with anything she will get quicker

tiredmumofmany · 13/11/2018 09:08

Can I have a link or even just the name of the Babyliss one please?

Poster65 · 16/11/2018 19:18

Babyliss Curl Secret. I believe they are £49.99 for Black Friday

IcedPurple · 16/11/2018 19:51

In my experience, getting curls into my hair - I have extremely fine, shoulder length hair - is easy. Getting them to stay in is another matter entirely. A bit like how losing weight is easy, but keeping it off is very difficult!

No way would I splash out upwards of £400 for this without being sure that the curls would still be there a few hours later.

Ilmb · 17/11/2018 13:25

iced have you tried spraying hairspray on you hair before you curl?

dancingdirty · 17/11/2018 13:37
