It’s bloody brilliant and I have massive wavy frizzy hair. I’m currently in a hotel with crap shampoo, no conditioner and I’ve gone from washed hair to brilliant curls in an hour, an actual hour!!! I usually have to do curls over two days. One day blow dry and curl the next day. I anyone is thinking about it go for it!

iced have you tried spraying hairspray on you hair before you curl?

I've tried everything - hair spray, setting lotion, making sure the curls are cool before touching them etc but nothing works. Any bog standard curling tongs will put lovely curls into my hair, but within a few hours they're loose waves at best, frizz at worst! I think I'm just unlucky enough to have very very find 'can't do a thing with it' hair.

I must have spent a small fortune on hair gadgets, always thinking this will be the one to give me the hair I've always wanted. And they always disappoint. So will save my cash on this one I think!

I've got the curl secret. Gave it to my daughter as the fucking thing hurt so much when I got my hair caught - it was also too heavy to hold.

The Dyson is amazing - borrowed my friends and its impossible to trap your hair - took me 20 minutes to get perfect hair (mines is fine and shoulder length). I'm buying it next week when I can afford it.

@icedpurple I have exactly the same hair. It’s fine, baby soft and any curls drops out no matter what product I use.

It's a real pain, isn't it? The curls look great when I put them in but no matter how careful I am, they're gone by lunch-time!

On the plus side, having super-fine hair means I can get away with shaving my legs much less often than women gifted with lovely think hair! I'd still rather have their problems though!
